  • What trade credentials do I need to attend Reed Gift Fairs?

    Reed Gift Fairs is a TRADE ONLY event for the Gift, Homewares and Retail industries. Admission is free upon completion and validation of the registration process. Gift Industry Card’s (GIC) are no longer valid and you will now need to update your registration on an annual basis – giving you access to all fairs for that calendar year.     For any new registrations or re-registrations we recommend you pre-register online prior to the fair to avoid any on-site queues. The organiser Reed Exhibitions reserves the right to refuse admission at their discretion.

  • When do I need to wear my badge?

    Reed Gift Fairs is a TRADE ONLY event and badges must be worn and clearly displayed at all times when you are at the show.

  • Can a guest accompany me to the fair?

    Reed Gift Fairs is a TRADE ONLY event.  Registered buyers are entitled to bring ONE non-industry guest with them each day, except on the last day. Buyers Guest Tickets will incur a charge of $50 per day and are available to purchase in person on the day by the registered buyer. In preparation for these new charges we recommend that all legitimate trade attendees register as a buyer to avoid any unnecessary costs.

  • Are children and babies allowed to attend?

    As a business event Reed Gift Fairs discourages children under 14 attending the fair. Babies and toddlers (aged 0-2) are permitted if they are in a pram or carrying device at all times. Please complete an approval form at the Customer Service desk for all children and prams, and a sticker will be provided to be displayed at all times for security.

  • Are photographs permitted at the event?

    To protect the privacy and confidentiality of exhibitors and their products, no video or still photography from digital cameras or mobile phones is permitted without prior approval from the exhibitor.

  • Are cash sales permitted?

    The sale and removal of product from within the fair is restricted to the final hour of the final day (2-3pm only). Removal of product prior to this time is not allowed without approval from the organisers. Plain clothes security guards are on patrol at all times.

  • Can I store my items in the cloakroom?

    Items larger than a standard size briefcase are not allowed into the fair, however we do provide a complimentary cloakroom for secure storage of such items. All cloakrooms will close promptly at 6pm (3pm on the final day). Whilst all care is taken for your property, we do not accept responsibility for items left after this time.

  • Where do I find Life Instyle in 2020?

    It's really easy! Life Instyle is now co-located with Reed Gift Fairs at ICC Sydney so you no longer need to leave to go anywhere else! Reed Gift Fairs is open Saturday 22 - 25 Tuesday February 2020 and Life Instyle is open Friday 21 -24 February.
